Life is very fair and hands us what we put in. The universe is neutral. If we accept mediocrity in our lives it will hand us mediocre lives. If we demand excellence we will get excellence.
It cuts across all spheres of our lives from the spiritual, physical, financial to the social aspects of life. We need to strive for and demand excellence in all activities we do and undertake.
Energy and Time Commitments
We need to be mindful of the energy and time we commit out there. The energy we have is a very limited and precious commodity. What we focus on daily truly defines our lives in the long term.
Always be mindful of what you focus on. If your thoughts and actions are focused on positive and uplifting actions you usually reap the rewards in the long term. If you are always focused on the negative you will reap negative returns in the future.
The universe is neutral and will always give you back what you project out there. It’s a mirror of your thoughts and actions.

Be wary of what you ingest in your mind and brain. The news feeds, books and content you allow to filter through into your mind can affect you for the better or worse in the long term. Again, I will go back to our loved ones, parents’ key warnings.
My parents always warned me about my peers. Who you associate with determines how high you will soar in life. If you associate with chickens you will stay pecking in the ground. If you associate with eagles you will soar in the sky.
Carry out your due diligence on what books and material you absorb daily. What are the outcomes of absorbing this material in the long term. Are there positive outcomes in the lives of the consumers of this content? What is the feedback about the outcomes?
That is the hall mark of great content. It leads to great outcomes if we APPLY it in our lives.
